Terms of Service

Welcome! By booking a lesson, clinic, or group class with Cederquist Pickleball Academy, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• Payment is due before or at the time of your first session, unless using approved homeschool funds.

• Homeschool packages must be purchased in full each month.

• Group lessons and clinics may require a minimum number of participants to run.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson.

• If a class needs to be rescheduled due to Emily’s competition schedule, a make-up session or credit will be offered.

3. Safety & Participation

• All participants must wear appropriate footwear and bring water.

• Children under 18 must have parent or guardian consent to participate.

• By participating, you acknowledge that sports carry a risk of injury and agree to play at your own risk.

4. Homeschool Programs

• Homeschool funds are accepted from most programs.

• If Emily is not yet a vendor for your homeschool provider, please contact her directly to begin the approval process.

5. Communication

• We’ll use email or text to confirm bookings and share schedule updates. Please keep contact information current.
